PSI has developed a number of Radio Frequency Identification Applications. These include RFID packing slip technology, RFID Tag Feeders and RFID Label Applicators.

Autoslip with RFID Inlay Technology (RFID Packing Slip)

PSI's RFID Packing Slip solution automatically inserts the RFID inlay along with folded packing slip documents into an adhesive pouch. Your inserted RFID packing slip document is automatically applied to either the side or top of your customer’s package.

Benefits

• Reduces Capital Expenditures since you do not need to purchase a separate  machine that applies smart labels
• Since the inlay is inserted in the packing slip a pressure sensitive label is unnecessary cutting RFID costs by $0.40 - $0.50 per tag

RFID Tag Feeder

PSI’s RFID Tag Feeder automatically inserts an RFID inlay into your box or tote as it passes by on a conveyor line. This enables you to be RFID compliant without having to purchase a smart label and a label applicator system.
