PSI makes feeding of items as small as 1.5" squared possible with their Micro Friction Feeder

Labor Savings and efficiency gains can be achieved by automatically friction feeding smaller items by using PSI’s Micro Rapid In-Feeder on a conveyor line or in-line insertion system.

This unit offers variable speed capability, adjustable height mounting, and precision placement of product.

The Tip-On feeder is a perfect catalog, paper, stamp, phone card, credit card or coupon friction feeder. This small item friction feeder can also handle other types of media.

An Exceptional Feed Rate of up to 12,000 inserts per hour

With a load capacity of 24” and a standard feed rate of 200 inserts per minute, the Micro Rapid In-Feeder allows for high volumes of small items ranging in size from 1.5” inches squared to 7" x 9” to be friction fed along your conveyor line.
