This industry first technology produces professional, vibrant color printed envelopes and documents at the lowest total operating cost.

It has the capability to print up to 36 full color envelopes or documents and up to 40 monochrome envelopes per minute. The envelopes are fed long edge first, delivering professional, wrinkle free results each and every time. PSI’s “Load-on-the-fly” technology feeds stock through the bottom and supports continuous loading while in operation, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal operator involvement. With an input and output capacity of 1000 pieces, the Color Laser Mail 3600 can quickly accomplish even the largest orders with ease.

The Color Laser Mail 3600 produces consistent, dynamic color that will always set each printing job apart from the competition. It has color proofing technology that will ensure the final product is just as great as the original design. PSI’s Color Laser Mail 3600, has the ability to print everything including color logos and laser personalization in one pass saving time and money spent on pre-printing. With its first-rate toner adhesion, smudge-proof results are guaranteed. Frank P. Bonsu, who has eight years experience in the printing industry, explains, “There are smarts built into the fuser and the overall system that detects the weight and texture of the material, then applies the right amount of heat and pressure. It’s like a mini steam roller. So far we’ve tested about 100 different types and textures of envelopes and coated cardstocks; the toner adhesion is excellent.”
